What we collect
From guests: the name you give, the photos and videos you upload, and any captions or comments. From hosts: your email address and the album details you enter. We set functional cookies only — to remember your name and session on an album. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Who sees your uploads
The host of the album always does. In a shared album, so do the other guests with the link. In a collection-box album, only the host does. The album page tells you which one you're in before you upload.
How long we keep it
An album's photos and videos are kept for 12 months after the event date, then deleted. The host is told before that happens so they can download the album.
Getting something removed
You can delete your own upload yourself for 5 minutes after adding it. After that, ask the host, or ask us — we remove it within 72 hours of the request. A link that was already shared can keep working for up to two hours after deletion while caches expire.
Who processes it for us
Object storage, a content delivery network, a video transcoder, an email provider and an error tracker. Each only handles what it needs to do its part.
